In all honesty there was a lot of xbox live issues yesterday its not just ESO's fault. I didn't have too much of a problem got booted a few times, but server wise its was ok it was the fucking powercut at 09:30 that finished me off haha! I know others had some bad issues tho.

Yeah mate I've noticed, mostly new players as well so that's good. Idea is once they hit vet move them to the main guild when there's space.

Hey Cubez or anybody else for that matter if you want to do some recruiting for new players into legions, best place to go is the front entrance to Daggerfall in Glenumbra up by the blacksmith. Just do a loop from there down to the Harborage cave and down towards the first dolmen then back again. You'll pick up a bunch of new players doing that.

How do you send the invites? The only way I know of is to go into area chat, look at the participants and invite them from there. Is there any easier way that you use?

Hmmm. I'm wondering if the second guild is a good idea.
Maybe we should look at changing the measure of activity - from logging in and donating to the following more guild community focused measures: 1. Voice chat interaction - person must be at least present in our main chat channel. 2. Forum interaction: must set up an account and post at least once a week. 3. Interaction with other guildes: dungeons, trials, leveling cartels.
We've got the hard part - people logging in - now we need them to log in and interact in such a way that suggests that DRL is their primary guild.
Thoughts?

I think that's a great idea... However... A second legion is ok.. I've seen this type of thing done in SWFC... Star Wars Force Collection... Certain higher legions would create a tiered system... The top (main/mother/whatever you call it) is for the primary showstoppers... The other ships were for either those on sabbatical or weren't high enough levels with their decks...
Of course the level thing would probably be moot here.. But also long as you're actively engaged with the guild.. You're in the first 500... If you're not, you're relegated to the next 500... Just like Football...

This definitley needs taking into consideration, I have held off recruiting new players into the main guild to keep those spots open for actual decent players who will play with us. The 2nd guild I am focusing on mass recruitment of new players who may have got the game for Christmas. I need a few people to actively monitor their chat or be present for when players join in order to promote people. Cubez has taken an interest in helping to lead that guild. I will need a few others in order to maintain chat presence there. We can use that guild as a recruitment hub and only pull people into the main who are active in chat and use the forum?
